Our Residential Real Estate practice handles thousands of residential bank closings, refinances, and sale and purchase contract transactions each year. We coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions including, but not limited to:

Title Insurance Examination

A clean title report is essential in a real estate transaction. As part of our representation, we order a title search which will show ownership, mortgages, taxes, liens, restrictions, encroachments, easements, and judgments, in order to determine that the Seller is able to transfer the property to the purchaser without issue. If an issue is discovered during the title search, we can assist with resolution of title defects prior to closing.
