BIOGRAPHY:

Jeff concentrates his practice on matters involving land use, zoning and residential real estate. This includes a wide variety of environmental and real estate issues, including real estate development, land use and planning, use and area variances, zonings, site plan and subdivision approvals. Additionally, Jeff’s practice includes residential and commercial sales as well as involvement with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the United States Army Corp of Engineers in the State and Federal Wetland arena. Having practiced in these areas over the past 40 years, he is the go-to lawyer in the zoning arena. Jeff has been involved with the majority of the major developments in the Western New York area, representing both local and national developers.
