• Prepare simple Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxys.

• Assist clients in the reduction of vehicle and traffic tickets and fines.

• Educate and represent landlords and/or tenants in Landlord/Tenant court and law.

• Handle the sale of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties on behalf of title companies and mortgage lenders post foreclosure.
